CELEBRITY CHEF HOLLI UGALDE WILL PREPARE ONE OF THE FANTASTIC FEASTS OFFERED FOR SALE AT THE 2016 REDLANDS SYMPHONY GALA AUCTION

Holli Ugalde, winner of Hell’s Kitchen Season 7 and a resident of Redlands, will prepare a seven course meal for 10 guests in her home, featuring local seasonal ingredients, a wine or cocktail pairing, and music, as one of the many premium auction items being offered at the 2016 Redlands Symphony Gala on Saturday, June 4, 2016 in Orton Center on the campus of the University of Redlands.

Chef Holli is an internationally acclaimed chef, farmer, educator, researcher, entrepreneur and philanthropist. Based in Redlands and working throughout the Inland Empire, Holli’s aim is to help as many people as possible enjoy a happier and healthier life.

“My passion is helping people reach their full potential by living health and happy lives,” explains Chef Holli. “I am extremely happy to be a part of the Redlands Symphony Gala and to help this great organization raise money to support its concerts and music education programs.”

Over the past 5 years, Holli has worked with more than a dozen local charities, providing free educational opportunities while raising money though product contributions of her brands and live auction items. Holli has two brands, Farm-A-Day and SENS Wellness. Farm-A-Day provides all-natural, effective skincare products and herbal teas produced with ingredients from her farm in Beaumont. SENS Wellness is a corporate wellness consulting firm that does research, provides economical corporate wellness programs and is launching an app and mobile learning portal later in 2016.

The dinner will be awarded to the highest bidder and held on a date agreeable to the winner and Chef Holli.

The Redlands Symphony’s 18-month search for a new Music Director and Conductor to replace Maestro Jon Robertson will come to a conclusion on Gala night, when the new conductor is announced to Gala attendees.

This year’s dancing stars in the Dancing with the Stars Showcase include local attorney Andrew “AJ” Beechko, local fireman and businessman Ryan Gallagher, Redlands resident Ed Garrett, community volunteer extraordinaire Marsha Gebara, and realtor and community volunteer Lynn Whitmer. Dancers are paired with a professional instructor and perform at the Gala. The winning dancer is decided based on who collects the most votes at $1 each.

Gala night begins at 5:30 at Orton Center with cocktails, appetizers and a silent auction. Black tie is optional. Tickets for the event are $125 per person or $150 per person for seating immediately adjacent to the dance floor. You can vote for your favorite dancer on the symphony website at www.redlandssymphony.com. Reservations for the Gala and dancer votes can be made by calling (909) 748-8018.
