Jan lives in Redlands and is the Broker/Owner of Hudson Realty. She was the East Valley Association of Realtors' Realtor of the Year for 2016/2017, 2017 President of the East Valley Association of Realtors (EVAR), current EVAR Board Member, and is the Chair of EVAR's Local Candidate Recommendation Committee.
Jan has a life-long love of the arts that began in her early years and progressed through many years of formal vocal training and performance. She has carried her love of the arts into her volunteer work serving for many years as a board member and past president of Redlands Bowl Performing Arts.
Jan loves living in Redlands and actively supports and is involved in various community groups. She has also been a 2-term City of Redlands Planning Commissioner, the 2016/2017 President for the Rotary Club of Redlands, and was honored with a 2015 Town and Gown, University of Redlands Town and Gown Award of Distinction.
Jan is happily married to Marvin Hudson and has three sons, one daughter-in-law and a grandson.
