Justin Fornelli
Dancer
Justin Fornelli is a passionate sports enthusiast and always up for a new challenge! From playing college and professional rugby to mountain biking and snowboarding in Big Bear, he loves an adventure.
As a Professional Civil Engineer, Justin is currently the Director of Engineering and Construction for Metrolink (the Southern California Regional Rail Authority). However, don’t be fooled by his “engineer” title, as Justin has been complimented many times on his rhythm and dance moves!
Justin has lived in Redlands for five years with his wife, Katie, and their two children: Cole, 10, and Luke, 8. Justin’s work on the Redlands Passenger Rail Project brought him to town. Although Redlands residents for a short period of time, Justin and his family have immersed themselves in the community and all that this charming town has to offer. Justin is often seen on the weekends coaching soccer, flag football, and baseball for his boys’ teams. As an Eagle Scout, Justin is proud to be a den leader for Cub Scout Pack 24 in Redlands. He loves the outdoors and believes the best time with his family is spent camping, hiking, biking, and exploring.
Justin is honored to be asked to dance in the 2019 Gala and says he “looks forward to shaking a tail feather” and raising funds for the Redlands Symphony.
