Ticket Policy

Updated Feb. 18, 2021

All sales are final and subject to availability. All dates, venues, programs, and artists are subject to change without notice. If there is a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the management’s option and may not include additional ticketing fees (i.e., ticketing operations fee, shipping fees, etc.).

If you cannot attend a performance, we encourage you to invite your family or friends to use your tickets.

All tickets may be donated as a tax-deductible donation to the Redlands Symphony Association 501(c)(3) before the concert.

If you are a Full Season or Pick-4 subscriber, you can exchange tickets for another concert in the same season (subject to availability). We appreciate 48 hours’ notice.

By purchasing tickets from Redlands Symphony, you assume all risk and danger incidental to the game, exhibition, event, or performance – whether occurring before, during, or after the ticketed event. You assume all risks and dangers of injury. You agree that the management, its agents, and the performers are not responsible or liable for any damages resulting from such causes. There are no alcohol, drugs, weapons, food, or glass containers allowed. No recording devices, still cameras, or video cameras are permitted. There is no transmission or aiding in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event, game, performance, or exhibition. You hereby consent to the reasonable search for alcoholic beverages, drugs, or weapons. You further consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.

If purchasing and redeeming a Symphony Select Card, "Best Seat Available" shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Redlands Symphony. Each card is valid for six tickets.

Every Symphony Select card expires at the conclusion of the season indicated on its validation code. Any unused tickets are forfeit and will be considered a tax-deductible donation to the Redlands Symphony Association. Symphony Select Cards are not valid for the Fallbrook concert series or other concerts presented by non-RSA promoters.
