Ticket Refund Policy
If a concert is canceled, the price of the ticket plus any fees will be refunded. The ticket purchaser must provide proof of purchase to Redlands Symphony to claim a refund. Further details about our Ticket Terms and Conditions are available below and are part of Redlands Symphony’s complete policy.
Additional Ticket Terms and Conditions
Our updated COVID-19 policy requires ticket holders to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. "Fully vaccinated" means your attendance at a concert in the Chapel is at least 14 days after your final vaccine dose. Please bring with you a photo ID and proof of vaccination, such as your physical vaccination card, a photo of your vaccination card, or a digital vaccination record. All patrons must wear masks to attend as well.
All sales are final. There are no refunds except in the event of cancellation. All dates, venues, programs, and artists are subject to change without notice.
If you cannot attend a performance, we encourage you to invite your family or friends to use your tickets.
Full season and Pick-Four subscribers can exchange tickets for another concert in the same season (subject to availability) with 48 hours advance notification.
All unused tickets may be donated as a tax-deductible donation to the Redlands Symphony Association before the concert date.
By purchasing tickets from Redlands Symphony, you assume all risk and responsibility incidental to the performance – whether occurring before, during, or after the ticketed event. You agree that the management, its agents, and the performers are not responsible or liable for any damages resulting from such causes.
No alcohol, drugs, weapons, food, or glass containers are allowed inside Memorial Chapel. No recording devices, still or video cameras are permitted. There is no transmission or aiding in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the performance allowed. You further consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the performance. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
