Security and Privacy

Is the RSA Web site secure?

Yes, all transactions are secured by SSL encryption. The RSA uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to encrypt the information entered on your secure order form prior to transmission over the Internet.

SSL is the industry standard for secure server commerce transactions. You can place your order online without fear of interception provided you are using an SSL-compliant browser, such as Google's Chrome or Mozilla's Firefox.

How do you use my personal information?

Your privacy is important to the Redlands Symphony. Read our privacy policy to learn more about the privacy practices of the Redlands Symphony.

How will I get my tickets?

Mail: Tickets ordered via mail delivery will be sent out the next business day with a nominal shipping and handling fee.

Will-Call: Tickets ordered for Will-Call are available for pickup at the Memorial Chapel on the day of the concert. If you are picking up your tickets on the day/evening of the concert please arrive thirty minutes in advance.

Office Pick-up: The day after the tickets are ordered, you may pick them up at the Symphony Office, located in downtown Redlands at 112 East Olive Avenue, Suite C.

What if I can’t make a performance?

All sales are final, but you can choose to donate your tickets for a tax deduction, or we can exchange your tickets if you are a subscriber (see Exchanges below).

Tax-Deductible Ticket Donation

If you cannot attend a performance, please call 909.587.5565 at least 48 hours prior to the performance to donate your tickets.

The total ticket value is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

By donating your tickets, you give another music lover the opportunity to hear a concert that would otherwise be sold out.

You also enable the Orchestra to play to a full house.

Ticket Exchanges

We encourage you to invite your family or friends to use your tickets if you cannot attend. All tickets may also be donated as a tax-deductible donation prior to the concert.

If you’re a Full Season or Pick-4 subscriber, you can exchange tickets for another concert in the same season (subject to availability). We appreciate 48 hours notice.

Exchange In Person: For the best service, we suggest you come in person to the Symphony Office located in downtown Redlands at 112 East Olive Avenue, Suite C.

Exchange By Phone: This service is for subscribers only. To exchange by phone, please call the Symphony Office at 909.587.5565. Please be prepared to mail in your tickets.

Lost Tickets

We are happy to replace lost tickets at no charge. Just call 909.587.5565 and we will have a duplicate set waiting for you at Will-Call when you arrive for your concert.

Rush Tickets

A limited number of Rush Tickets will be sold in person at the Box Office door one hour before each concert. Rush Tickets are available to students with a valid student ID. They are free to University of Redlands students and $5.00 for all other students.

Guests With Disabilities

The Redlands Symphony is committed to ensuring that all music lovers are able to enjoy our performances, regardless of disability. If you require assistance or have questions, please contact us at 909.587.5565, message us, or speak with a Patron Services Associate in the lobby prior to any performance. We will happily make any reasonable accommodations within our power that will enable you to better experience our concerts and programs.

Balcony Seating

Due to its nature as an historic building, the balcony of the University of Redlands Memorial Chapel is only accessible by two flights of stairs. We recommend that patrons unable to climb stairs purchase tickets on the main floor. If you require assistance selecting a seat, please contact our box office at 909.587.5565.

Please note that we have a large number of patrons with difficulty accessing stairs, and the Main Floor does sell out in many performances. We encourage you to purchase your tickets as early as possible in order to have the best selection.

Patrons With Wheelchairs

For safety reasons and in order to comply with Fire Code, wheelchairs may not be placed in the aisles of the University of Redlands Memorial Chapel. However, the Chapel has several wheelchair accessible locations where patrons may place their wheelchairs and sit adjacent to other members of their party. These locations provide ample room to maneuver and park a chair; there is no physical audience chair in these spots.

In order to ensure that patrons without wheelchairs do not unintentionally reserve them, wheelchair-accessible “seats” are not available for purchase online. Please contact the Redlands Symphony Box Office at 909.587.5565, and we will be happy to assist you in purchasing tickets that serve your needs.
