The Redlands Symphony is a fully professional 501(c)3 not-for-profit orchestra, specializing in traditional and contemporary instrumental music. An orchestra like our runs with a mix of volunteers, professional staff, and of course our wonderful musicians.
Board of Directors
The Redlands Symphony is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, currently led by Dr. Karen Hansberger. The Board provides financial oversight, engages in fundraising activity, and provides strategic direction and long-term goals for the organization.
Administrative and Artistic Staff
The artistic staff, led by Music Director Deanna Tham, plans the music to be played at each concert, researchs where to buy or rent the sheet music, and hires the members of the orchestra. In addition to our Music Director, our artistic staff also includes a prsonnel manager and librarian.
The administrative staff, led by Executive Dirctor Dr. Kevin Eberle-Noel, manages the day-to-day operations of the organization, leads fundraising and marketing efforts, sells tickets, and runs community engagement and outreach programs. In addition to the Executive Director, our professional, full-time staff includes an Artistic & Education Manager and a Marketing & Sales Coordinator.
Musicians
We wouldn't be a symphony without our talented musicians! Our musicians come to our community from across Southern California, performing with other orchestras like LA Phil, Pacific and Long Beach Symphony, as well as movie scoring studios and more.
