Dr. Tritt's Vision For Redlands Lives On Through Your Legacy.

In 1950, a music professor at the University of Redlands named Edward C. Tritt wanted to provide an outlet for professional and amateur musicians alike to share their talents, stories, and music with the small, Citrus Belt community of Redlands. In 1951, the first concert of the University-Community Orchestra was presented with Dr. Tritt on the podium

The 60s and 70s saw many different versions of the Symphony we know today. In 1985, the Redlands Symphony became a fully professionalized orchestra, using the best musicians in Southern California to provide musical comfort, support, and inspiration to the growing community of Redlands and her neighbors.

"We wanted to make sure our children, grandchildren, and their friends have access to the worlds of imagination symphonic music can create. Investing now means a big reward for our community later." Bob and Denise Bourne, Legacy Society Members
